I agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties forever harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my participation, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any of the Released Parties. d. I agree that any business I’m authorized to conduct within my representative organization will be my sole responsibility, Bengali Herald (BH) is only authorizing space to me/us and assumed no responsibility for any of my activities. e. I agree and confirm that no confrontation of any kind should occur during the transaction with Bengali Herald (BH) website visitors. f. I acknowledge and understand that Bengali Herald (BH) reserve the exclusive right to publish or not to publish my content and or remove my published advertisement at anytime with or without any prior notification. g. Bengali Herald (BH) holds the exclusive right to terminate this agreement/contract at any time without any notice, furthermore if Bengali Herald (BH) observe any kind of disturbance or inappropriate activities management holds the exclusive right to ask to remove them immediately without any explanations and permanently decline the organization from any future involvement in future. h.
